Overview

An exposed-fixed roof is only as durable as its fasteners. A screw that corrodes, a washer that hardens, or a head driven half a turn too far are the three ways a perfectly good roof starts leaking — and all three are avoidable at the point of specification.

We supply screws matched to the profile, the substrate they are going into and the coating they are going through: correct drill point for steel or timber, correct length for the rib height, bonded EPDM washer, and a painted head in the roof colour.

Fastener corrosion class is specified against site exposure. Coastal and industrial atmospheres get a higher class as standard rather than as an upgrade.
